We deliver and assemble all over the United Kingdom and Ireland. If you live further afield, a delivery can be arranged by freight at an additional cost.
Yes we assemble the beds in your home for an additional cost. The length of time differs with each bed, we will be in your home between 2-4 hours.
Yes you can assemble the bed yourself as all our beds come flat packed with instructions this may differ with custom orders. We advise the bed to be assembled by us.
Yes all packaging is left with the customer to dispose of.
No the mattresses are not included in the price. We stock single mattresses which can be added onto your order for an additional charge.
All our beds come built to fit a standard single mattress (190cm x 90cm) or a standard double mattress (190cm x 135cm). All mattress information will be included in the description section of each specific bed.
We recommend all mattresses to be no deeper than 7 inches. This ensures there is a sufficient safety rail around the top bunk and space between the bottom bunk and top bunk.
Our current waiting time is 10-12 weeks. We will contact you 3 weeks before your delivery to make sure you are available. If there is a delivery in your area and a space for you to be added we will contact you before the 10-12 weeks.
All of our bunks are made with moisture resistant, engineered board. (MR-HDF) Then with Poplar Slats also pine supports below the bunks.
All measurements are within the description of each bed.
Unfortunately, due to waiting times etc we cannot offer this service. The room should be measured accurately by the customer to ensure the bed will fit.
No as we are in Northern Ireland, we deliver the beds ourselves so there is no customs charges. What you pay online for the beds, this is the final cost. Happy Shopping !
Can I get the bed in a different colour?
All our bed frames come in white. We can add colour to drawers for an additional cost.
Can a slide be added to my bed?
Yes a slide can be added to any of our beds.
How do I know what side the steps go on?
The steps go on the left or right as you look at the bed.
Will the bunk bed hold an adult?
Our bunk beds will hold up to 17 stone.
Do you offer finance?
Yes we have a few finance options Clearpay,Snap,Humm andKlarna.
Clearpay option can be used for totals up to £1000 and paid over 6 installments.
Klarna option can be used for any total and paid over 12 months 0% interest.
Snap is also for 12-24-36 months
Humm is avilable for anyone in Ireland.
(Credit check will be required for any finance option)
If I pay the 10% deposit when do I pay the final balance?
The final balance is paid on the day of delivery by bank transfer, card payment by phone or cash. Please see bank details below.

How do I cancel my order and will I receive my deposit?
Please phone the freephone or contact the online chat to cancel your order. All deposits are non-refundable, deposits can be transferred to a later date.
What time can I contact somebody by phone?
Our phone lines are open Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday between the hours of 9am – 5pm.
Can I view a bed before purchasing?
Unfortunately we no longer have a showroom, although check out our social media pages for videos, photos and much more here is also a link to our trustpilot page to hear what our customers say
What is the warranty with the bed?
Our warranty covers 12 months from day of delivery. If a bed has been damaged an investigation will be carried out to confirm if this is a manufacturing fault.
Does the bed comply with health and safety regulations?
Yes we use only Grade A materials for our beds. We also follow all regulations when manufacturing the bed.
